The Spring is recruiting & camp season for High School football players. Roster spots on scholarship programs are very competitive to earn, are you doing everything in your power to be AS PREPARED AS YOU CAN BE during these critical assessment events? Our Winter Speed Program will arm you with everything you need to know to perform at your best, as well as providing the most effective training protocols available to athletes today!
Most of our training sessions (15 sessions) will take place in the weightroom, developing the Central Nervous System to produce as much force as possible while eliminating as many glaring injury risks & movement roadblocks we can find. The remaining training time (8 sessions) will be exclusively on the field, practicing testing strategies used by athletes preparing for the NFL combine & elite track athletes.
The turf portion of the training will focus on practicing the most proven techniques to improve individual performance at a testing combine, from the timed speed drills to the positional assessment, we will have you ready. Conditioning can never be a reason wny you don't perform your best, and there is no better advantage than preparation.
The two programs complement each other, and one portion of training is enhanced when the other is improved upon.
